A FINAL VPDATE + IV New Classes


"The last dawn is upon us"

There we are, middle of April. 
RISING ABYSS is done. (ok, it' 99% done; still working on an extra page with GM tips and suggestions to run it), but I have something MAJOR to share.

I'm currently in contact with a publishing house, and a physical release is being discussed in these weeks. While this is excellent news, it also means that until there's a final, concrete release plan, I won't be able to publish the online version of the hex crawl. We'll have to be patient, but I'm sure the result will be worth the wait.

So what's gonna be included in the final, physical and online version of RISING ABYSS?
- Fully redesigned map, featuring biomes and faction locations alongside the original 31 hexes
- Hexcrawling rules, weather rules, bartering rules, imperial items and prices
- Encounter table, soo many encounters!
- Additional tables for major locations, encounters, and events
- Faction details, lore, abilities, NPCs, and, you guessed it, tables
- Corrected and revised hexes, plus new original illustrations
- An actual, hidden storyline that can lead to a secret ending for the sandbox
- Additional rules for surviving the 32nd day
- 4 new Mork Borg-compatible classes

Speaking of those, they're already available in an A4 pamphlet format alongside the MD edition of the Hexcrawl. See it as a gift for your patience while following this messy project. It's been a wild ride, and it's gonna get even wilder.
I'll post a new update when I'll have more concrete information on the release.
